When I went back to win11 for the 3rd or was it 4th time(and stayed) I tried to use default everything and if some things were new, to try to learn them. I found that, for me, WD(windows defender) had a lot of overhead so I switched to BitDefender AV Free and have been there since. This is possibly a year. Just my 2 cents. (I also use StartAllBack but that is not pertinent here.)
