Solved BitLocker, how to enable without reboot.

Windows 11 Pro. Version 23H2, Build 10.0.22631
I use Bit locker to encrypt an 8 Tb HDD. Once I enter the key and the drive is accessible, how do I manually lock it again without having to restart the computer?
