Solved Breach alert from LastPass

Has anyone else received a breach alert from LastPass's Dark Web monitoring?

It mentions a website OpenTable.com that I do not use and it quotes the email address of a family member who does not share my address.

Have you looked in LastPass -> security dashboard -> dark web monitoring to see if you are monitoring that family member's email address?

Mine had loads of emails monitored that were not mine.

It didn't. It took them from my vault. My mistake. My brother's email was there as I had helped him move from BT to Outlook.

Received this message an hour back. Lastpass attracts hackers. I will not renew and possibly delete my account when the subs expires. They say customer data is safe. Is it, really?

I got the notice too this morning. My LP has only been monitoring my passwords and those of my wife, nothing else. Renewal coming up and I shall be renewing.

Yeah, they have had a few security incidents over the years, but it's never the passwords. Reason being, they only store encrypted values for the data I keep on their servers. The encryption and decryption happens on my local computer using a combo of my email address and my master password. Anything a hacker gets on lastpass is going to be useless to them.
