Breadcrumbs missing from Save As dialog after Open-Shell tweak — can't restore

I inadvertently removed the breadcrumbs bar from the Save As dialog by enabling the setting:
At the time, I believed this would only affect File Explorer, not realizing it would also impact Save As dialogs.

I later unchecked that setting to re-enable breadcrumbs, but despite trying several suggestions — including:

• Restarting File Explorer via Task Manager
• Verifying that Classic Explorer is installed and active
• Re-registering ClassicExplorer64.dll using regsvr32
• Confirming that the Classic Explorer toolbar is not visible (as desired)
• Ensuring no conflicting registry tweaks are in place

I still cannot get the breadcrumbs bar to reappear in any Save As dialog.
And, I really do need to know where file has been saved as it takes ages to search with multi TB NAS.

Double check the Navigation Pane is checked in the "Organize" menu under layout of the dialog box.

Thanks. Yep, the Navigation Pane button is checked. Thus I do have a peverted way of crawling up through the Navigation tree to find the folder where the file will be placed.
But it's the missing breadcrumbs bar, where the full address is visible and I can cut and paste that into my notes (this is where saved such-and-such), that is the problem.

My breadcrumbs bar is missing. Does anyone know how to get this back?
(This bar contains the folder address:
- I know at a glance, where I am saving something to
- I can copy this address into my notes
- I can paste a full path address into here instead of having to navigate up and down through the navigation tree
