Hello, I am new to the forum. I had never posted about my problem because I always thought it was a W10 problem. I have an Acer Nitro 7 AN715-51 laptop, bought about two years ago. Since about 6 months, it started crashing BSOD for different reasons, of many types and names that I no longer have registered. This behavior started with one of the W10 updates. At that time, I started to roll back the W10 versions and the problem persisted. I have tried to downgrade to Windows versions prior to W10, but I cannot use them because most of the hardware that this laptop has, there are no compatible drivers. Well after that, I started isolating hardware, taking out one RAM, then the other, then I tried installing the O.S. on another hard drive and the problem persists.

I've been using my laptop all this time knowing that it will eventually will crash BSOD.
Now that W11 is available, I installed it, thinking that with that hopefully it could be fixed, but it didn't.
So far, it has already crashed two times.

BSODs are completely random, they can occur within 15 minutes, such as 48 hours after the computer is turned on, and the messages sent by the O.S. they change variously.
It's not the RAM
It's not the SSD
It is not the undervolt that I have, because I have deactivated it and the problem persists
The BSOD has never occured when I am playing a game or something that requires a lot of GPU use, it usually occurs when I use the laptop, then press win + L to block it and when I return, I enter my PIN and BSOD.

I no longer know what to do to avoid this. The problem I have, has always ocurred with W10, but now that I am in W11, I post here on W11 forums. Its pointless to go back to W10.

I forgot to mention that I sent the laptop in for Acer service, but they couldn't replicate the problem and did nothing. The warranty period has already expired.

Hopefully you can help me.

Thanks in advice

Nevertheless, did you test your RAM with memtest86? Have you checked on another RAM too?

Yes I did that. So I did isolate both ram sticks, and the problem persists, on both of them.

Having established that it is a problem on W10 which is not fixed by upgrading to W11 I would revert back to W10 for troubleshooting. There is not much point troubleshooting on a preview version of a new operating system as things are changing all the time.

Go back to W10 and then post in TenForums with a new set of logfiles.

Yeah I didnt know that I had crack. It probably may have been when I handed my computer to a friend who said he could help me with my problem and he changed the settings. Now I'm back with windows 10, waiting for the BSODs, and post them on tenforums.

Thanks. I will change the language as you say so.
