Make sure USB flash drive is the first boot device from BIOS.

How did you make the USB flash drive bootable?

I figured it out luckily I was able to get into the bios and change it. It's scanning sea tools now and I also have the windows iso file on a separate flash drive. Right now Seagate is scanning my original m.2 but I am going to be putting a new one in with more memory when all this is sorted out and we figure out the core issue.

Please ignore the first drive as that one has nothing on it and is going to be taken out. Everything was run off the tested drive.

They're both equally valid suggestions, so I'm not sure why it is nesscary that the drive is tested first? I would say, just run whichever test the OP prefers to do first, it is likely going to be some form of hardware failure, however, Stop 0xEFs can be caused by AV programs and Windows terminating "rogue" processes.

@jrez8 if you're able to create a bootable Windows USB, then it might be worthwhile booting into Safe Mode from that and then providing us with the dump files.
How do I provide dump files?

Okay, so i ran the seagate test on original drive as seen above. I have no installed the new 1tb nvme as i mentioned i was upgrading to regardless. I used the windows boot iso file on usb to boot into new drive and am currently typing from within my computer now and have ran logs to see if you guys find anything wrong. Let me know if anything is wrong or any bad hardware etc.

What happens during boots?

How many RAM modules are installed?

What's removable and what's soldered to the motherboard?

If you're able to boot Windows and run the V2 log collector then post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

How many attached dives?
Storage or dual boot?

It's 2 sticks of 8gb ram total 16 gb ram. 1 m.2 nvme 1tb. Windows is on the nvme. Now during boots it boots up just fine. After installing new nvme and booting from windows iso. I will add v2 log collector when I am home from work.

Since you've done a clean install and are now using a different drive, then I would suggest just using your system you normally would for the next few days and then follow the BSOD posting instructions if you have any other crashes.
