Welcome to the forum. While you wait for one of our members to analyze your logs, I suggest you install the latest graphics driver issued 9/19/23 if you haven't already.

Most here recommend using DDU in safe mode to insure a clean install of graphics driver and software. Then restart and install new driver. Read the instructions carefully.

All done, curious as to why Adrenalin wouldn't have updated me to this driver instead of the 9/11/23 release, I even refresh/had it check for new drivers a couple times to be safe.

Please perform the following steps:

1) Run: Tuneup plus > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

2) Upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS

3) Check to see if the RAM modules are or are not on the Qualified Vendor List QVL) > report results

4) Run Memtest86 (free version) (overnight while sleeping and into the next day as needed) (a second test of four passes may be needed)

All RAM modules can be tested at one time.

Alternatively label all modules and test two modules at a time in the same DIMMs.

Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

Take pictures > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

5) For any new BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post

As above, I would look at RAM first. Of the two dumps, one has a 0xC0000005 exception code (a memory access violation) with a missaligned instruction pointer, the other has a 0xC0000409 exception code (a stack buffer overrun). Neither dump contains any third-party drivers on the call stack, so RAM is the most likely cause here.

Sorry for the delay, RAM failed the memory test about halfway through the first test, just replaced the RAM this morning and going to boot the PC up and just let a game sit open, as they usually crashed 5-10 minutes in. If all is well I will update this ASAP, thank you for the help.
