Thank you @zbook for your very thoughtful and complete response. I was about to share a zipped MEMORY.DMP file when I got two more Blue Screens....BLEH.
Forgive me, but I have a question off to the side here...What is the likelihood that if I fully reset this machine and installed Windows 11 as a fresh installation, that I could put all this testing behind me....? Or is it somehow likely that his combo of HW is the issue...?
I'd just like to know where I stand...if I'm likely to just keep relapsing to where I am now, I'd rather rip the Band Aid off and buy a new machine. But if reinstalling Windows (may be NOT from a RESTORE Partition, prob a new ISO download) might cure this with jsu the aggravation of reloading drivers and Adobe SW and Office etc. I can live with that. Thanks for some candid direction.
Thank you this was very helpful. The DISM scans showed that repair was needed and I was able to run the RestoreHealth and that seemed to succeed. Hopefully this will stabilize my machine.
Thank you very much. Hopeful.
If you want to continue troubleshooting then post share links for memory dumps and run customized tests using WDV.
Depending upon these findings you can reset save files or make free back up images and clean install Windows 10.
After Windows 10 is tested with its drivers plan to test Windows 11 with its default drivers.
The findings will likely determine whether there is or is not a driver or hardware hardware problem.
The HP UEFI hardware diagnostics can run overnight and a portion of the next day using: system > extensive > loop until error > after two or more loops
click esc > take pictures > post images displaying the tests performed with results
If you're frustrated that it was not a quick fix then consider HP or a local computer store for testing and fixing.

I just want to close out on this with my thanks for the efforts to help me get this machine sorted. I've learned a lot along the way.
The troubleshooting needed was too much for me so I fully wiped the PC and installed Win 11 Pro on it anew. It seems to be working finenow for my brother to whom I gave it.
I bought myself a new Asus G700 with a 5080 card and 4TB of SSDs and32GB DDR5 RAM and am very pleased with it.
