My C: drive is MBR with two 'Healthy (Recover)' Partitions. Don't know what they're doing there or why 2 but Win 11 installation needs the C: drive to be GPT to install (I already have a TPM 2.0 card installed on the motherboard and can configure Secure Boot in the BIOS. Reading the instructions on how to change a MBR disk to GPT, it states that you can convert as long as there is no other partitions on the disk. What's these two Health partitions going to do to the conversion?
Also, is the conversion to GPT going to change access to the programs on that drive (will I still be able to run them)?
