Cab files & msu files

Ref: Windows 11: 23H2 (OS Build 22631,2715)
Hello all,
I find my laptop is better at installing updates using this method
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Temp\kb5027397.cab"
I find using this method does not always work downloding the kb5027397.msu
from
Could someone please give me microsoft windows 11 cab address location
where I can download the equivalent cab file to the msu files ?
I used to have it, but lost it now.

cab is inside the .msu

wusa.exe C:\Temp\kb5027397.msu /quiet /norestart

Maybe then I should try using this method then
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Temp\kb5027397.msu"
and see how it works.
