Cache hierarchy error

So, I built a new PC about 2 weeks ago and have not had any issues until today. I played BeamNG for the first time on this PC and no matter what I do, it crashes and reboots my PC after about 5 minutes in game with the following error in event viewer:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core

Error Source: Machine Check Exception

Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error

Processor APIC ID: 0

I have since tried; Disabling both Core Performance Boost and Global C State Control in my bios, DDU wiping my GPU drivers and AMD Chipset drivers and reinstalling both with their newest drivers, flashed my Mobo with newest BIOS. Nothing works. Still crashes every time. MSI Afterburner overlay shows my CPU temp never gets above 55 degrees either, so it's not an overheating related issue.

PC Specs: Win 11 23H2, Ryzen 5 5600, 32gb (2x16) DDR4 3200, AsRock b450m AC R2.0, RX 6700 XT, MSI Mag A650BN PSU. Oddly it seems to not happen in any other game I test. APIC ID changes as well. Is there anything I can do software-wise or will I have to RMA my CPU? Could this be a PSU issue? Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is the CPU is faulty
