Click on the time. A box will appear on top. You will then see an arrow pointing up on the right top corner of the rectangle box. click it.

I was, today I upgraded to insider DEV version 22471.1000 rs_prerelase. And still calendar doesn't work...
Is there any way to reset the taskbar? Or widgets?

Not sure. You could reset Windows 11. Unless someone else has a better solution.

That feature was removed in 11. Not sure why. It was useful.

IF you're using Winaero Tweaker...
Make sure that "Desktop and Taskbar > Disable Action Center", is NOT checked, in Winaero Tweaker.
On MY computer, that is what caused no calendar popup for me. (on DEV, beta and RTM)
If you're NOT using Winaero Tweaker, I would still look for things related to "Action Center".
This is what Winaero does, to... "Disable Action Center". Maybe your issue is related somehow.
