Nope - original topic was about joining Insider Programme from a Hyper-V installation of release version of Windows 11 that had ALREADY met all W11 requirements.I replied to the original topic, just download the ISO and bypass compatibility check to upgrade.
I stated clearly this must have been a bug. This issue has now gone away and thread is mark closed.
