I'm wondering if MS is having server problems right now. Their phone link keeps screwing up on my machines and when I disconnected one and tried to reconnect I keep getting an error message that the problem is on their end and try again later. This has been a couple days now. I also can't get the 22H2 build through WU for one of my machines.

The Insider builds are not for everyone. They can have a lot of bugs that can cause a lot of problems. If you decide to try again, using a VM might be a better option for you.

Try entering this command from an admin command prompt, then rebooting.

Code:
bcdedit /set flightsigning on
