Solved Can't access Administrative Shares

Any thoughts on what's wrong with firewall - settings suggest it should allow the connection ...

I can confirm it's the firewall that's stopping it working, as I was able to connect when I turned it off. So how come it's blocking connections when it is configured to allow them (yes it is a Private network as reported by W11).

How about you reset Windows Firewall to its default settings.

Woohoo (as the saying goes)! Doing that and allowing File Sharing again solved the problem.
