Solved Can't Change Network To Public

Hello!
I use a TorGuard VPN on one of my PC's.
This, initially, displayed as the Torguard as Public and the local Ethernet as Private in Control Panel. Indeed, on one of my PC's it still does.
But at some stage Windows decided to interfere with this and changed the Torguard to Private in Control Panel.
The problem is that my firewall is setup for the two being Public and Private, so irrespective of what they can be, the Torguard needs to be Public.
But Windows 11 doesn't offer the chance to change them. Looking in Network Settings, there are no unique properties for Torguard.
If I change the settings on the page I have posted, then it changes the Local Network, not Torguard.
Can anyone shed light on this? Or should I just change my VPN??

You will need to change the network type from VPN software and change the Ethernet connection network type by clicking Ethernet option at Settings.

I have no issues with Norton VPN - wired OR wireless.Wireless is my laptop and my phone - my desktop is that refurbished Dell Optiplex 9630 with wired gigabit Ethernet. Yes - I have Norton VPN on all three.

I am not sure what was wrong. I tried everything. In the end, I changed my VPN to Proton, and that doesn't have the same problem. It correctly set the VPN as Public.
I did have some issues with the TorGuard app. It's a shame, really, I have used them for many years and they offer a good service, but their app is somewhat flawed. It should not have even allowed the connection to be Private. The Proton apps works much better.
So, thanks everyone, but I chickened out of fixing it and just bought a different product!!!
