Accessing web pages

1. What happens if you use another browser?
2. Start -> CMD -> ping www.amazon.com - what's the result? It should be something like this (the destination IP address will probably be deferent):

3. Do you have any other device in this network? Does it also have a problem with browsing webpages?
4. Try also:
   Start -> CMD -> ipconfig /flushdns
   What happens after using this command?
5. Try to restart your modem/router.
