My system in question is a Lenovo T14S, which used Lenovo Recovery software to install a clean copy of Windows. No applications have been installed yet. I tried to run the Explorer Patcher installer program using Open and Run as Administrator. Aside from a shield icon, there was no indication that anything actually ran. Laptop is running 23H2, Build 22631.4600.
In a rash moment, I installed Explorer Patcher on my desktop, which is running Win 10 Pro 2H22, ver 19045. I didn't see any menus to select actions. What I did see was the window background turn black.
Explorer Patcher has been widely praised, so I don't want to simply forget about this program. Advice?
