Hey all.

My laptop has a NVIDIA Rtx 3050 Ti GPU.
Any driver i want to setup works OK , manufacturer's site or not.
Manufacturer's driver , try to install the old GEforce expierience app but it fails.
Also any other version , cant install the (new) NVIDIA app with the error bellow :

I have tried many solutions like these. None of them worked.
Any suggestions ?

O hesitate to tell you how to clear entries in registry because if you do not do it right, it can make things bad

Download the most recent NVIDIA Driver from NVIDIA page. NVIDIA drivers from the manufacture are not compatible with the new NVIDIA app. Hope it helps

When you used to download and install a Nvidia driver by default it would install the driver + the Nvidia Control Panel and the Nvidia Geforce Experience apps.

About six months the Nvidia Geforce Experience app was replaced by the Nvidia app in the driver downloads.

Not everyone is getting the Nvidia App. Your system has to be compatible with it.

I tried both the manufacturers drivers with Nvidia old Game Expierience , and the latest from NVIDIA with the new NVIDIA app.
Both failed at install.

I think my system is compatible. Intel 11 gen i7 , Win 11 pro , 380GB free space disk , 16GB RAM , the latest driver , GE force 30 series GPU.

It downloads always the latest version , and it says it has specific settings for specific games.

Update : 20-5-2025.
Yesterday (!!) NVIDIA has a new driver.
What i did :
1) I didn't uninstall my current version (76.52)
2) I downloaded the new driver pack
3) I restarted at safe mode without internet to avoid NVIDIA account conflicts
4) I installed the new driver
5) I restarted at normal mode

What it happens :
NVIDIA app is now installed and works fine , but i take an error :

(translation : There is a problem with the update of the app. You will need to install it not automatic).
But ..... its the yesterday's version. So there is no update in real.
No big deal for as the settings of the current app work OK.
If sometime it can update or i have a new issue i will update here.

It has some settings. I m not sure if these settings exist at NVIDIA control panel.
Also the have specific settings , for specific games based at your PC configuration.
I have to try these.
