Can't install update

Hi,
I have tried repeatedly to install update "2024-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034123)" but get the error message "Install error - 0x800703f1". Can anyone offer any help please?

Windows Build/Version: Windows 11 Professional (x64) Version 22H2 (build 22621.2506)

1) Try downloading the update from the Microsoft Catalog and manually installing (Microsoft Update Catalog)
2) If that doesn't work, see if anything here helps: Fix 0x800703F1 Windows Update Error
