Can't Mount Reflect Image after Windows Update

I have a desktop PC (Windows 11) and HP laptop (Windows 10) running Reflect Home v8.1.7784. I found I could not mount a Reflect image to extract a file on both PCs since Reflect wanted access to an installation file it couldn't find. I suspect a problem with this week's Windows update and then cleaning up using Disk Clean-up. All is fine now I've uninstalled / reinstalled Reflect. Other Reflect Home users might want to check if they have a problem.

I can mount from File Explorer or from inside the program... same version of Macrium.
And I always run Disk Cleanup after Windows Updates.

You probably haven't sacrificed enough floppy disks to the Macrium gods. :D
