Can't open Edge or uninstall Edge

I'm on Windows 11 most recent updates including Edge.

For a couple days I have not been able to run Microsoft Edge, it won't open.

I've tried Repair under Apps > Installed Apps.

To add, Uninstall is greyed out, unclickable. Right after Microsoft Edge in Apps I have Microsoft Edge Update and under that Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. The uninstall button is also grayed out.

I am able to use other browsers like Brave.

I have Norton Security Ultra as my main AV with Eset Internet Security after I lost Voodoo Shield. UAC maxed with Windows Security with most everything enabled.

I've tried running Norton Power Eraser, Hitman Pro, CCleaner, Bleachbit, and adwcleaner with no success.

So I'm at a loss on what to do now

You can reinstall Microsoft Edge, see that will help.
