Solved Cant open task scheduler or Services

ok heres a new one. I click on windows start icon and type in task scheduler. It shows and when i click on it i get the same message here when trying to open services. Whats happening here? How do i fix this? I only noticed this after I thought hey did I create a Restore Point task when I reinstalled Win11 a few weeks ago and heres what i get...
How do I fix this?

Probably be a good idea to open an elevated command prompt and run: sfc /scannow

There's definitely something wrong.
Hopefully sfc will fix it for you. If it doesn't open an elevated command prompt again, and run:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It worked. Ok I fixed it and all my other issues. I ran sfc/scan rebooted and all is well. It was my UltraUxThemePatcher that was doing it, now i can open everything and my MS Store now updates normally. Weird. But hey anyone else using a themepatcher can learn from my issues.
