Can't RDP/Teamviewer/Parsec after windows update

Windows 11
I went on vacation and left my system on for remote usage. Now I believe windows updates ran through, and after reboot they prompt the machine to use a password/PIN before going into windows (which I did not use).

When I connect via RDP/Teamviewer or Parsec, it just shows a black screen, even if I reboot it.

Any idea how to bypass?
