Can't restore subkey to registry

I can remove registry subkey with:

Code:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile]
"NeverShowExt"=-

But cannot restore it with:

Code:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile]
"NeverShowExt"=
