Chrome update adds "Open side panel to see all bookmarks" ???

When I open "All Bookmarks" Chrome has added the line "Open side panel to see all bookmarks" as the top line in a list of bookmarks. Can't find a way to get rid of it... Its actually longer than the title of all my bookmark folders. Thanks in advance...
