I forget stuff all the time. Apparently last weekend I asked my wife 3 times in the same day if she picked up my suit from the dry cleaners. Which reminds me, I should ask her if she picked up my suit from the dry cleaners?

Hey , thanks.

I got bad news.
1) I tried repair install and at the end i took a message "Windows installation fails" (from ISO at the desktop. I dont know if
from USB there is something better)
2) The first batch works but the problem remains
3) The second batch dont work. It appears a flashing windows for 1 sec.
But i opened and i did the job manually. All dlls registered but the problem remains.

After all these i dont know if even a try for clean install will work.
Also i am waiting for an alternative solution in order to save my work.

Upload the CBS log file from the CBS.log file is located in the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS directory.

I forget to say that reboot your computer after re-registring DLL files.

Update:
1) The repair install perhaps failed because i had a bootable USB stick connected.
Perhaps sometime it does reboot to continue.
2) The "optional features" are all gone , empty window :

i executed without any error but the problem remains. Also i tried to install the .Net framework 3.5 manually (download) ,
