Clean Windows 11 Install with UI Stutters and DPC Latency (Nvidia/Audio)

Only setting that i notice make a difference on both amd and intel is pcie power savings in windows. Make sure that is set to off regardless of your power plan. i like balanced with minor tweaks like the above along with ssd option in there

I don't believe DPC latency issues are causing your problems. I've been looking at these latency mon graphs for years, and yours looks typical. You're also not using it correctly. You need to run it for 15-20 minutes continuously while you're stressing the system with a game or other intensive tasks.
Thanks for the advice! I already tried a clean boot on this fresh Windows install, but the latency and crackling are still there. I'm starting to think it might be a hardware issue. I noticed a red light on my motherboard recently and want to inspect my RAM and cable connections. Some are loose i cant recall what it is whre i need located each cable i am just to scare to touh sometihng that i break even further my pc ."
If you're this uncomfortable even touching your PC, I'd have someone you know that is experienced in building or troubleshooting PCs to check your system out to make sure everything is seated and connected correctly.

Page fault is meaningless and happens all the time under normal circumstances. It just means the process tried to get data from ram, but it was not there, so it had to access the page file for it. The only time it would mean anything is when you have low available ram, and it's constantly having to access the page file more than it should. And usually its because of a memory leak and can be determined by looking at your ram usage. 20 page faults a second is normal. 100-1000 page faults a second, is not normal.
