Computer deleting folders, apps and e-mails

When I click an icon it automatically sends it to the recycle bin. When I open a word processing document, the text begin to disappear. When I open my hotmail account, messages in the inbox begin to be deleted, and when I go the deleted folder a box appears asking if I want to delete all e-mails, and when I click No the box just keeps reappearing. I have done a full virus scan with no result.

Malware maybe? Do a full scan with Malwarebytes to be sure.
question -Using a word document as an example, you say text starts to disappear. If you close the document and reopen it, is the text you saw disappearing the first time the document was opened actually gone?
Test this way.
1. open search. Type on-screen. Select on-screen keyboard app from search results.Once the onscreen keyboard opens, disconnect your physical keyboard. Open a document using mouse. Does text disappear? Do same thing with email. Do your messages stay put? If it works like it's supposed to with physical keyboard disconnected then @Porthos is right. Get yourself another keyboard.
