Does anyone know of any computer learning videos that can help you fill in the gaps of your computer knowledge that one might not have? However, I'm not referring to beginners' instructions and I'm hesitant to say intermediate instructions since that might skip over some things that would be beneficial to know. Therefore, does anyone have any suggestions?

Not that these are video’s, but I would suggest scrolling through the tutorial index here and investigating any tutorials available. There are many.

Brinks’ tutorials are extremely comprehensive, easy to follow and cover a lot of ground.
So rather than watch a stream of information in a video that may not all be relevant, you can pick and choose what it is that appeals to you in the list. Study the Tutorial & then if you choose to, seek out videos related to the subject.

If you click on the Tutorials drop down menu, you'll see a list of categories, along with the index. Choose the category that interests you. Brink also has peppered his tutorials with plenty of screenshots so you can see what each step looks like.
