Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

dism /online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:WMIC~~~~

wmic useraccount get name, sid

whoami /user

reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList"
