I have a problem with my external NVMe drive (2TB).
When I connect it to the USB-C port on my computer, I hear the Windows connection sound, but the drive does not appear in File Explorer.
If I check the system tray, I can see the USB icon. When I click on it, the name of the drive is displayed, but it does not have a drive letter assigned.
If I safely eject the drive and then reconnect it, the drive appears immediately in File Explorer with the correct drive letter.
This only happens the first time I connect the drive. On the second attempt, it always works correctly.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what could be causing this behavior?
