Constant Security Blocks

Due to continuing computer problems, I am behind here for several days,so this topic may have been discussed. My tech did a fantastic job a few days ago of restoring many of my previous settings that had been overridden for reasons unknown.

An example of this problem: I was reading email using my Pixel10Pro because the a block prevented me from entering a new password, for reading on the computer, many of mine no longer valid. (I was pleased that I was able to log on here with no problem.) I was reading an email from my son, which had a link to an attachment about a bear invading a house in Crested Butte, Colorado. We lived there. where I had spent twenty-seven months creating, and serving as fire chief, the Crested Butte Fire Protection District. To my dismay, I was blocked by yet another security warning. (As of now, my only image of such blocks is in my Pixel; I will try to post one here if my software will allow me to capture and convert it into a postable image.)

As i usually remember to do, herewith my advance appreciation for any assistance in finding and fixing the cause.

A search for "Bear In Crested Butte" will provide valid links to the news reports of the devastation caused by the now euthanized beast.

What kind of "block" are we talking about?
Without any details on the problem it's impossible to know what's going on.

It may be both, but I am not certain. I see it on the phone when I am reading email, but I am reading the email that I would read on the computer if the warning screen would let me create a new password. (One of my on-going computer problems is that something managed to change some of my KeePass stored passwords.) I do not recall if I have seen it elsewhere on the phone, but would not be surprised were it to appear with other phone use.

I know how to post using Imgur, if that is working, which I have not checked. I can post here, and am going to create a photo sometime today for that purpose.

Yes, and I admit that I was happy that I was not there, although we did have a few bad calls when I was chief. Crested Butte was ,much smaller than now; the area has been discovered by the wealthy who build very expensive houses,m any of which are only used for a few weeks in winter to go skiing, and then in summer for hiking, fishing, etc.

One of the oddest fires for which I was the commander was in a cinder block building on Elk Avenue, at the time the only paved road in town, with most of the shops were there. I had sent some firefighters inside with hose lines, and a strong caution to be completely aware of their health, as weh ad only a small number of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA.) After a while, I noticed some flames coming through the "cinder blocks." It did take me at least a moment, however long such a unit might be, before I issued a command to leave the building immediately and set up an external "surround and drown" operation.

In the terms of limited SCBAs, we were limited in everything: The town, founded in 1880, had never owned a fire engine, and this fire took place sometime between Monday, 23 January, 1973, the day that the fire district came into existence, and 4 July,1973, the day that the fire district's first fire engine, a custom-built five-man forward cab, diesel-engined pumper built to my specifications. We used our used fire engine to the best of its and our capabilities. Eventually, I requested the Gunnison Volunteer Fire Department to provide mutual aid. They could only send one engine, up the winding two-lane highway of the time, but their crews using their hoses from one of the sparse fire hydrants help tamed the flames.

The so-called called cinder blocks were actually made with cinders from the ovens that converted the locally-mined coal into coke for the Colorado Fire and Iron Company's blast furnaces in Pueblo. The state's testing division, using a sample I provided, determined that the blocks had a rather high carbon content. I don't recall what that was, but definitely recall that it explained the burning walls.

Now returning to today's world and the question I raised in my first short message in this thread: Based on my observations and some on-line searches, I now suspect that my Pixel10Pro may be generating the "Secured Connection Failed" error messages that are interfering with my on-line conversations, attempts to create new passwords, etc. Verizon told me that the call-back time for tech support might be between two and five hours!
