Copilot on local account again

Hi All

Further to my previous post regarding copilot on a local account ( the lack of )
and Reg value IsUserEligable reverting to 0 on restart

I am on windows 11 version 23H2 22631 3235
What I have discovered is if I use a wifi connection copilot is fine
BUT if I use an ethernet wired connection it reverts to 0 on restart
The status of the ethernet is 100Mbps and stable ( BT Hub )

Has anyone here experienced this ???

You could of just added this to the other thread? Doing so would of helped members to understand the history of your attempts and failures regarding Copilot.
