Canon 800- Sppt could not find WHY File/Print in Word / Excel NOW defaults to Fax.

ALL of the Canon Settings were confirmed as Correct. MF465dw II / Laser MFP
He mentioned Windows twice in troubleshooting difficulties, so I'm asking IF anyone has knowledge an Update could be the cause and educated guesses on HOW to fix this.
