I Never Faced This Kind Of Problem
To help with diagnosis, I forced the desktop somehow to be at the user profile after OneDrive was put inside its own
I probably use some junk registry/cleaner as far I remember
I can access the Desktop as well via C:\User\xxxxxxx\Desktop, I can create a new Folder on the desktop, but it's impossible via the Save As dialog of any software, my case was Notepad++, but it will give me that error from any other too. Did any of you guys have this kind of problem? And yeah, system restore was turned off sadly
