CreateExplorerShellUnelevatedTask, what is this and why do I suddenly have it in my startup things?

Hi,

I notice with WinRise (which I only use to enable/disable startup programs which don't appear in the Task Manager startup tab) that there is this new thing.
Is there a way to see what program is needing it?
I installed a few new things, some of them I kept them, some I uninstalled them, so I have no idea if this is still needed and why.
It sounds a bit ominous.

The CreateExplorerShellUnelevatedTask task prevents Explorer from running elevated. You can remove it if you like but it will just come back again.

So, it doesn't come from something that I installed?
But why did it appear just now?
Is it maybe something that was introduced with some update "recently" for whatever reason?
And why is it needed. I mean, why should Explore not run elevated
I really have no idea :)

It first appears due to running or having to run Explorer elevated at some point,
as far as I know. Until that point I don’t believe it exists.

I’m on my phone so it’s a little harder to search for an exact explanation

I had found something similar but it doesn't really tell me WHY suddenly something made explorer run elevated.
What? When? Why?
I need to knoooooooow!

For now I made an experiment and I disabled the startup of this thing and let's see if like you say it will activate itself again.
But I won't do a clean install just to get rid of this

Only you would know that from the processes you’ve been taking or something you’ve installed or a script or your endeavour to create an install that works for you.

Oh, I had missed the comments as they where under the "read next" section.
Now that I read them I realize that it's an article that I had found when searching about this issue previously (it's not the first time that it happened, but it definitely is something new, probably due to something in my new clean install routine). I realize it because once again I struggle understanding what they say
I am a a veteran (I meddle in Windows settings since Windows 95 and I know much more than the average user) but still a complete DIY with zero technical/IT background. As soon as people talk "complicated" I space out.

Yeah, only I know what I did.
That is if I can figure out IF and WHAT did I do to make that happen.
No idea. Too many variables.
It would be nice if Windows would tell what caused this elevated Explorer in the first place.
Do you think it was maybe logged?
I never opened a windows log.
I usually disable all error report but not the logging itself.
Do you happen to know how to access these logs?
