'Cross Device' Folder?

I just noticed a "c:\Users\Me\Cross Device" subdirectory. Its contents mimic my Android phone's, which I do use with Windows Phone Link.

Is this actually taking up 14GB on my PC HD, or is it just a directory showing the file sizes on my phone...?
