Hello All

Any advice on this matter?

Keeps saying something went wrong for both

Even after WSRESET.exe ran as Adminstrator

Dism and sfc scannow ran

PC Rebooted

Not sure why they won't update at all

I just want things to work normally like suppose to

((then when i hit retry, it keeps saying Something went wrong)

Update:

Issue is NOW Resolved

Reset Windows Update with Help from Co-Pilot, Restarted system, installed updated Windows Defender definition, then opened the store, and both successfully installed finally.

**Was up til 3:30am last night working on this issue, didn't fall asleep til like 4:15am**

All should be well now hopefully

I appreciate the update. Some never come back to say how they resolved an issue. That was some serious late night dedication. Thanks again!
