Dark theme tweaks?

I prefer the dark theme. However Windows 11 doesn't seem to provide me any way to change the borders. I'm thinking of border colors and thickness. Otherwise it's hard to tell different windows apart. The settings screen doesn't have anything obvious. And yes there are third party themes in the Microsoft Store. But I want to make some simple tweaks to the default dark theme.

If third parties can make themes, so should I. How can I do it?

UPDATE: I wish there was a way to delete a post. I found a solution in Settings > Personalization > Colors. At the bottom enable Show accent color on title bars and windows borders. It doesn't thicken a border, but then that could cause layout issues in applications. This tweak does help me distinguish the borders between two apps.

I still welcome any other easy tweaks.

Hi, Smalltalk.

At the top of the page you will see “Mark As Solved” it’s at the right hand side just above the first post. I believe it has a green background. Just click on it and it will add a “Solved” tick to your post.
Glad you sorted it. Cheers 🙏

See if this still works. How to Change Color of Inactive Title Bar in Windows 10
Yes you can make your own theme if you still have Windows 7 lying around. I installed it as a VM specifically for making themes. Back then we could control every aspect of a window.
You can make a theme in 7. Save it. Then copy it and it should install in 11.
You can also increase the size of your borders and a lot more. I recommend you image your machine before making such changes. You can use the portable version of this app..
