Default apps - "More apps" not working

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 22H2, version 22621.169 from uupdump.net.

I can't change default apps, as when the "How do you want to open '.extention' from now on" dialog box appears, clicking the "More apps" option nothing happens. Also the 'Ok' button is greyed out. Anyone any ideas?

Does this occur on all file types or just .txt files?
Very strange this would happen on a clean install. Only suggestion I can offer is to attempt to reset all file extensions to default.

Edit: I just noticed you are using an insider build. Check the release notes to see if this is a known problem. Also check the feedback hub to see if others are reporting it..
