Delete User ID and reboot Windows 11

I was attempting to add a user to a new Windows 11 installation. I mistyped the password and am currently stuck in a loop trying to verify the User.

Windows 11 has not fully booted and is stuck on WIndows sign in screen.

There also is a WSI account, but I do not have the password for that account.

How can I delete the attempted USER ID login and start fresh, adding a new user.

I copy/pasted what you wrote to Meta AI (on FaceBook), and it gave me this answer. I don't know anything about any of what it said, and you said it's a brand new Windows 11 installation, so I'm assuming if anything goes wrong, then you wouldn't mind and just reinstall Windows 11. Anyways, it's your choice to either follow the information it gave me or if you want to wait for more answers:

(btw I noticed it said you can sign in using WSI, but I'm not sure about that part of the answer).

Thanks.. I rebooted to Safe Mode and deleted prior information and reinstalled Win 11
