need to verify that this pc (dell optiplex 5060 sff ) is or is not uefi capable/equiped, and is it windows 11 compatibe/meets the requirements. im thinking of buying this pc ($138.00/ebay) so i can run windows 11 legit, all help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
