Set my background screen on desktop to solid color but keeps changing to something else automatically?

Hey T2T, do you know how to post a screenshot? If so, please post screenshot of Settings>Personalization>background.
Also screenshot of settings>personalization>lock screen

What does it change to?
It could be related to a Windows Spotlight Images glitch.

I'm wondering if there is a Slideshow glitch going on somewhere!

Try this:
In Windows Paint, create an image that matches your screen resolution in size, in the color you desire, save it to Pictures...,
then set your background to Picture, and Browse for the one you created.
