Desktop Position at Startup

I want my weather forecast programme, email programme and messenger to open at designated positions when I start up in the morning. Through sheell:startup each programme opens but they are stacked on top of each other.
How can I have the start at predesignated positions at startup?

I don`t use sheell startup, whatever that is, but is windows set like this ?
And do you mean on the Taskbar, or on the Desktop ?

Would help if you explained how you're using this (Run command, batch file, .... ?), when you're using it (on boot/at startup ?) .... and why (rather than programs added to Startup folder(s)) ?

Apologies for the misspell. The command is shell:startup. I am using it because it works and is the only way I could find to load the programmes at startup. But that is not my problem. What I cannot find out how to do is startup each prgramme in the same discreet position each time I boot uo. Or, to put it anotherway, to be able to check my mail, messages and weather on the Windows 11 opening screen..

I don't believe you can if you shut down. Positions should be retained if you have the apps in whatever position you want them in and put the system in hibernation or sleep.

I believe he's referring to Google Cloud Shell. If so I know nothing about it either and it looks like more trouble than it's worth. Best I can tell it opens multiple instances of Chrome.
