Well, It look like is true that dev version will install on any devices. This screen is from my laptop after clean install of Beta win10. Will not update to win11. The some laptop I use to clean install Dev win 10 and was able to update to win 11. I am thinking that it is not about the hardware but software.

Update: Dev version runs on anything. Just found out that the tpm was disable on my laptop. Enable tpm and all is good. My laptop is good for win11.

Awesome, The main other thing to the TPM was having Secure boot enabled i believe, But glad your sorted

That is too much work. I just turn the secure boot of. It sucks that Ventoy can not provide secure boot. I really that software. I try to save the key to usb, but that did not work.
