Diff pc but still no log-in on X

I went to my Chromebook and was able to set up a new X account. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then bang -- the verification window came up - so no deal. I do not understand what may have happened on my laptop to stop log-ins which has now spread to my Chromebook. I don't believe any humans are involved when I rite to them about the problem or surely someone would have answered. All is tech driven without humans. Just thought you all might find this interesting. Know there is no solution - unless I could uninstall perhaps. Don't see any way to do that thought. Happy Sunday. To all.

Any chance you could capture and post screenshots of these events?

No worry - only drama. Nothing else. The screenshot will only show that qr code.

This is from my laptop -retired chromebook. just too frustrating -- but it's the same issue.
I am having a hard time understanding how x on my chromebook picked up what's happening on my laptop with this app.
