Hello everyone,

I have concern with "few" options in this section...

In Your opinion should I switch off this options (is it something that is must be done), and... is there some other options in Privacy & security that I "must" switch off?

Thanks for help!

Cheers

Okay, I'll be the first to bite.

Obviously, it's a personal decision. But for me, they would all be disabled.

This is clever marketing from MS.
We look like we are giving you the choice but in fact we are narrowing down your preferences
so we can bombard you with ads that are relevent to you, chosen by you!
Genius.

Do yourself a favor, as the previous poster said, all OFF.

It is also my opinion. The choice is yours, always.

My opinion and what I do, turn off everything they allow you to turn off as far as harvesting data and targetting ads is concerned.
Without 3rd party tools or very in depth knowledge though you won't be able to have zero data going back to MS, but then how many apps do you use on your PC, phone, console, TV, for printers, speakers etc. etc. and how much do you know about the data they transmit back home.

I was just wondering about this few options, should I turn them off or just leave as they are, and... is there any other option that I must turn off there?
I dont use much apps, peripherals at all.
As for using third party tools or going in depth, well... I think that I dont want to going into it so much...
