I found a registry tweak in:
You can turn off automatic updates by doing the following. This is not recommended.

Add a REG_DWORD value named AutoDownload to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate and set the value to 5.
This registry tweak corresponds to the GPO Turn off Automatic Download and Install of updates, but the value of 5 is not documented anywhere else.

I am wondering if this registry tweak works on home edition to disable automatic update because Microsoft doesn't say it is configurable through GPO, there is chance that it works on all editions.

I believe only @Brink can answer that question. Since he hasn't written a tutorial on disabling updates for 11 Home(at least I haven't found one), I would not be too hasty to change any registry entries without clarification. When there a registry fix, he's always one of the first to tell us. If he doesn't tell me it's OK to change the registry, my rule of thumb is, I don't do it.

There is clarification from an official document, only thing to do is to verify the effect.
