That Toms Guide is obsolete so I wouldn't worry. Like I mentioned, it can just be uninstalled traditionally.

Non VIPS can't delete threads from what I understand. If you're really worried about it, report the first post and see if admin will do it.

There's a tutorial on Ten Forums or Eleven Forum, for... everything. :-)

When we first arrive at these forums, the tutorials can be a bit daunting.
One, there's so many of them.
And two, each tutorial has to cover "all" possibilities that might arise... so they are large.

Trust me... you will get used to it.

Another trick is to keep a text file on a storage drive, and every time you tweak something, change something or follow a tutorial... write down what you did and/or where you got the information.
If you ever have to re-install Windows... you will be glad you did. :cool:
